Men's Department

Our 'Word Keepers' Men's Department is designed to provide the men of our congregation the opportunity to come together for bible studies, confrences, fellowships and various activities throughout the year. 

Ladies Department

 Our 'Women of Worship' Ladies Department gather together at various times for confrences, fellowships, outings, as well as head up our national missions 'Flor Azul' fundraising project.  

T.E.A.M. Youth

TEAM Youth provides the programs, activites and means to help produce well rounded, healthy young christians. Consisting of high school to college age young people, there are opportunities for everyone to participate in the 9 different  leadership and ministry 'teams' designed especially for them.   

Junior's Worship Service

This lively group is designed for ages 11-14 and consists of Sunday class time where they learn more about God, the bible and how it pertains to thier lives. They participate in various outings and activities throughout the year, as well as participating in some activities with TEAM Youth, getting them ready for thier next step in christian maturity. 

Children's Worship Service

Our CWS group consists of 2 different classes for ages 4-7 and 8-10. Thier class times involve fun and relevant bible lessons, music and singing, arts and crafts, as well as participating in various outings and activities that give the children an opportunity to have a fun time in a safe environment. Each class has at least 2 adult supervisors at all times.

Understanding Your Calling

This bible study class is offered every Sunday morning at 9:15am before our worship service. Practical and easy to understand, these lessons are designed for both the newcomer and longtime church member to understand the basics of what to expect and what is expected of you when you become a follower of Christ and a member of Temple Emmanuel.

Evangalism Department

The most important and exciting ministry to be a part of at Temple Emmanuel, this group plans, organizes and executes programs that promote our church and the gospel in Morgan Hill and it's surrounding communities. 

Music Ministry & Worship Team

Our group of musicians and singers are some of the most talented and dedicated in the area. With many years of experience among them, they enjoy performing contemporary and traditional church songs as they lead the congregation in worship and praise.   

Temple Emmanuel Chorale

In almost 15 years of ministering in song, the chorale continues in striving for excellence in thier songs of worship. They meet every Tuesday after prayer for practice and sing contemporary, traditional and gospel flavor selections. 

Multimedia Team

Consisting of highly trained technicians of sound, projection, graphics, and lighting, this ministry is designed to ensure every church member and guest enjoys and experiences a mulitsensory time of worship.   

Ushers / Greeters

The first smiling faces you see as you enter the church, these ushers and greeters are there to welcome you, assist you in any way possible and maintain order in the service.  

Drama Ministry 

Performing at various times throughout the year, this team of actors, actresses, singers, technicians, costume & set designers, come together to put on musicals and plays to help further the message of the Gospel. Over the years, with original scripts and music, this ministry has performed in various locations as well as Morgan Hill's state of the art, professional Community Theatre.
